Disappointment. Germany. August.

Image
I had enough studies already for the day. Its 1.30 am now. Sigh. The routine is killing me already. So type blog first lar. haha. Disappointment Argh. Yesterday was the Champions League finals between ManU and Barcelona. Was quite eager to watch that match because I wanted to see how ManU will 'trash' Barcelona. But to my disappointment, it never happened. In fact, the opposite did. After the first 10 minutes, the flaming hopes that is burning in me, has been totally blanketed. And nope, ManU did not show any progress during the second half as well, which leads to a Barca 2-0 lead in the 70th minute of the game. At that time, I sudah totally give up. My RM50 - *poof* vanished in the air. Sigh~ Germany I just wanted to upload a map of the towns and cities throughout my whole Germany trip that I will be going to after my exams on the 16th. Click on them to enlarge the maps. Map of Europe. The red lines are my journey. And the red circles are the towns I will be visiting. Map of G...

My dinner and My holidays

Image
I had enough study for the day. I feel so bored staying in my room. Study, study and study. Lifeless. So, today, Thern KokWei and I decided to go out for dinner nearby. And since we had a voucher for Buy-1-Free-1 at Gourmet Burger Kitchen(GBK), we used it for dinner. The restaurant was just located at a high street approximately 300 meters away from my house. To our surprise, the burger served as quite well made, and I can say, that this is the first time for me to eat at such standard restaurants. I usually eat at Chinese Restaurant, FastFood, Italian restaurants, but this was different. This restaurant gives me the feeling that I am really in an English environment. All 'kuai lou' around me, the waiter was polite and serviced us well - it just feels being appreciated. Better than many other restaurants whereby they expect you to leave immediately after you had finished your meal for them to prepare the table for the next customer. This seemed like more of a 'culture' h...

Revision Classes

Image
Ahh. This is my second week for revision courses. I am very tired over all this classes. Going up and down to attend the revision is just troublesome. First, I have to wake up about 1.5 hour earlier and prepare myself and head to college. The journey to college itself will take about 40-45 minutes. Have to walk all the way to the tube station, wait for the tube to arrive, change tubes at inter-changes, wait for the next tube again and then only I arrive. After arriving, I have to walk opposite the station for abit before finally reaching my college. Argghhh.. So mafan !! Imagine carrying a bag along with my big water bottle and going through all this 'inconvenience'. Things like this just won't happen when I am in Malaysia. All I need to do back then was to chuck all my notes at my rear car seat, warm up the engine, and vroom vroom to college. Simple. Today was my final revision class for P3(Business Analysis paper). I have to admit, this lecturer knows his materials. His k...

However, there are some other things to look forward upon to release me from my nightmare classes such as badminton after class on friday(Hurray!) and football on Saturday afternoon(hurray!). At least can get to go out get some activities done or something. Better than sitting in front of my books reading with my pupils operating like a type-writer, left to right-next line-left to right again and so on. Some sidetrack abit, re...

'Classical Magic' Fund Raising Concert

Image
Hola~ This week seemed pretty quiet ain't it? Thankfully theres an event which I can blog about for the week or else there wont be any update. So yeah, on Tuesday evening, Thern, ChunHowe,KokWei,KaiShien and me attended this fund raising concert presented by most of my housemates. The booklet and the ticket ^ For starters, my housemates are mostly musician from experting in different kinds of instruments : piano, flute, trumpet, violin, cello etc etc. Surprisingly, some are singers as well(not those pop stars la - oprah type singer), both male and female.Almost all are degree and masters holder in their own field. *drops his jaw*. You can hardly find a handful of degree and master holders in music back in Malaysia, but here, almost ALL of them are. Probably the mentality of Malaysians is that, music is just a means of hobby, not a prospective field in making money. The reason we attended this concert was to show support as we all are living under one roof, it will not give any goo...
